Pete has experience as a licensed Deck Officer, having sailed on chemical and product tankers as well as container ships. He joined Fairfield-Maxwell in 1996 after serving as a Marine Superintendent with Sea-Land Services and as a U.S. Naval Reserve Captain during Operation Iraqi Freedom.

Rich joined the Fairfield Group in 1993 as Chief Accountant for Fairfield-Maxwell Services, Ltd., and has over 30 years of experience in the marine industry.  As Controller for both FMSL and Great American Lines, Inc. he is responsible for the vessel accounting and financial reporting to corporate headquarters and shipowners.

Carl Castiglioni

Technical Manager

Carl is a highly skilled maritime professional with a distinguished career that includes both sea-going and shore-based leadership roles. As an experienced Unlimited Steam and Motor/Diesel Chief Engineer and Fleet Manager, he brings FMSL extensive technical knowledge, a strong safety focus, and a tradition of operational excellence developed over four decades in the maritime industry.

Todd McCleary

EU-ETS and FuelEU Maritime Compliance Manager

Todd has a BS degree in Nautical Science/Marine Transportation from the US Merchant Marine Academy and has been working in operations for FMSL and related companies since 1985.

David Duncan

Operations Manager

David has varied experience in the marine industry, beginning his career at Fairfield-Maxwell as Purchasing Manager and expanding into various compliance and operations roles. He holds a Master’s in Transportation Management from SUNY Maritime and serves as the company’s Designated Person Ashore and Company Security Officer.

Sharon joined Fairfield-Maxwell Services, Ltd. in 2003 and became Office Manager in 2009 for both Fairfield and Great American Lines, Inc. She oversees all administrative, employee, and vessel management matters, supporting financial operations and coordinating crew documentation and communications.
